Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order, shipping varies.  

Estimated Processing times

Ready to ship items: These are sent out 1-3 business days after your payment

Made to order items: Made to order items have an estimated 1-6 weeks before shipping. Depending on the item, I may need the time to order the material, make it and then package it for shipping.

Handmade Wooden items: These are made to order and may have a waiting period of 1-12 weeks waiting period.

I'll do my very best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them.

·         United States: 1-21 business days

After item is shipped, it is out of my control.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Any damages due to shipping is not my responsibility. If this is an issue, please message me to upgrade your shipping to include insurance.

All orders that are shipped to United states will included tracking in their shipping.

Returns & exchanges

Returns are subjected to a 30% restocking fee and shipping is buyers responsibility.
